No care relationship yet
Using this site, sending the form or emailing us does not make you a client or create a provider relationship. Care begins only after an assessment and a written agreement. Services depend on need, location, staffing and how care is paid for.
Programs and eligibility
Aster Care LLC is a private company, not a government agency. State and federal offices and health plans decide eligibility, coverage and benefits. We cannot enroll you in a program or promise that you will qualify. Program rules, limits and phone numbers change, so please confirm details with the office named on the page.
Family caregivers
Our guides explain how Florida programs may pay relatives. They are not an offer of a job or of payment. Each program sets its own requirements.
Costs
Cost figures in our guides come from outside surveys and are examples for planning, not our prices or a quote. Your rates and services are set out in your written agreement.
